Most questions I get are things I've already answered on the How to Use page - especially the iPhone permission prompt and the "why isn't my compass moving" ones. Worth a quick look before you email, it might save you the wait.
Something like "iPhone 13, iOS 17" or "Samsung Galaxy S22, Android 14" - it's the single biggest thing that speeds up a reply.
Safari, Chrome, or something else - and whether it was opened directly or from inside another app.
"Nothing happens when I tap the button" is a lot more useful to me than just "it doesn't work."
Bug reports, feature ideas, or just general feedback on the site - all of it's welcome. I run this site on my own alongside a busy household, so replies aren't instant, but I do read and answer every email myself.
